Arrive early – give yourself time to enjoy the event and get something to eat and drink pre display.
Wear warm comfortable clothing and we’d recommend sturdy comfortable shoes that are suitable for walking on grass and remember this is almost winter time. In the words of the great Billy Connolly, there is no such thing as bad weather only the wrong clothes!
Whilst we provide sufficient lighting around the main event we recommend you bring a torch to maximise your personal safety especially if you are walking to the event.
If you wish to buy any event merchandise (e.g. glow swords, head bands) you can do this inside the event. We do not allow any unauthorised vendors into the event but some traders may attempt to sell items on the entry to the event which is not licensed.
Very young children may benefit from earplugs if you are concerned about the volume of any of the entertainments.
Please stay within the event area and do not enter / cross over any roped areas or safety barriers – they are there for your protection.
Don’t dash off after the display – stay and enjoy more fun at the funfair and warm up again with some more hot chocolate!
Keep an eye on our socials – we will have lots to tell you in the build up to this events!
